What is your returns policy?

We know buying things online can sometimes be a little tricky, that's why Sunlight Bathrooms offers 7 Day Free Returns!In the event that you have a change of heart, you have up to 7 days from when you received your order to contact our team here to request a return assuming that the product(s) are in original packaging and condition. For over 18 years, Sunlight Bathrooms has grown a reputation for providing high-quality products at discounted prices for all our customers! We're proud to pass on savings to our customers through our Trade Prices and we hope to continue working closely with our new and existing clients.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please email our team here within 24 hours of your initial order date. Please make sure your provide your name, order number and detailed changes you want to make to the order. We are able to make changes to your order free of charge within 24 hours of your order date, however any changes beyond 24 hours may be subject to a 15% supplier restocking fee.If there have been any changes made to your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the changes!

Do you ship Australia-wide?

We do! Our customers enjoy FREE Australia-Wide Shipping on all of our small products (Less than 5kg). This includes ALL Tapware & Accessories! For our larger products (Over 5kg), we unfortunately only offer Local Delivery within Metropolitan Melbourne at this stage. You can read more about our Shipping Policy here.
