Shipping

From the time you place your order, the turnaround time for delivery will vary depending on your location and product availability.

For Instant Ship items, your order is generally dispatched within 24 hours and delivered to you within 1-5 business days for metro areas from the time of your order.

For Standard Ship items, your order is generally dispatched within 1-5 business days and delivered to you within 2-10 business days for metro areas from the time of your order.

If any products that are unavailable at the time of your order, our team will contact you immediately to find a solution.

For orders over $100.00, shipping for our smaller items such as Tapware, Accessories and Sinks is free.*

Orders under $100.00 will include a $20.00 flat-rate shipping fee.

The shipping fee for orders with larger items such as Vanities, Bathtubs and Toilets will depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout prior to payment.

Yes, pick-up is available from our showroom at 240 Wickham Road, Highett VIC 3190.

Please ensure to select the 'store pick-up' option at checkout.

You will be sent a text message to the phone number provided once your order is ready for collection.

Returns

For returns, please first confirm your order is eligible for return here.

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed immediately via your original payment method.
