We understand that sometimes things don't go exactly to plan. That's why we try to keep our Returns Policy transparent and user-friendly.
Please make sure to familiarise yourself with our Returns Policy prior to any purchase to ensure that in the case of any issues post-purchase, the process is as smooth as possible.
30 Day Returns Policy (If you change your mind)
- Items must be in original packaging and condition (subject to inspection by Sunlight Bathrooms staff). Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to contact our team about a return.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable, and costs of return postage are to be incurred by the customer.
- Custom made/cut products are non-refundable.
- Return of some special order products, oversized items or commercial quantities may entail a 15-20% supplier restocking fee at the expense of the customer.
If your order satisfies all points within our Returns Policy, we can process one of the following:
- Exchange for a similar product
- Store credit (valid for 6 months)
- Refund via your original payment method
Damaged Product?
In the rare case that a product arrives to you with a fault (crack, broken part, scratch etc.), a claim in writing must be provided to Sunlight Bathrooms within 7 business days of receiving the goods. After 7 days, it is deemed that the customer has accepted both the goods and liability for the goods.
We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their products on delivery.
When claiming for a faulty product, we do require proof of fault (i.g. photographs of damage) in order to successfully process your claim.

Warranty
All products we sell are subject to the applicable Manufacturer's Warranty and Trading Terms, that of which can differ between each manufacturer and product.
The type and length of warranty for a particular product is provided within the relevant product page on our website under the "Warranty" section.
If your product develops a fault within the product's warranty period, our team can process a warranty claim on your behalf with the relevant manufacturer to find a solution for you.
